Family Pictures

I did some family pictures of my family a few weeks ago. I haven't had them done in almost two year and thought it would be nice for our parents to have some new one's of us. I used a tripod and the timer on the camera to shoot these. The weather was perfect for us to be outside for a while and the kids were able to play at the park after we finished.

A Proud Daughter

The link above is to the channel 2 news website. My dad, Roy, was out on Antelope Island a few weeks ago taking pictures. The people there were doing an interview with a gentleman that frequents the area. They spotted my dad and interviewed him and he ended up with his own little cameo on the show. He was thrilled to be noticed by them. And in turn it may just help him out with many more day of retirement ahead of him.

I am so proud of him. He has always had a great love for photography. It is were I got my passion from. He is soon planning a trip to southern Utah with my mom where they are going to spend a goodly amount of time doing much the same as they do around here in the picture department.

Green Screen

I think I finally have it figured out.
I had my niece and daughter today.
They were playing around and I can't believe that these have turned out so well.

Let me know what you think of them.

Green Screen

I was playing around with the green screen again today. The kids always have fun when I pull out the camera. Dylen is even a great actor when called upon. Kaya just likes being the center of attention. And being in front of the camera is her cup of tea.

Still having trouble getting shots strait on with no shadows but they are getting better.

Green Screen

Recently I acquired green screen technology through my parents. I have had a lot of fun this week playing with it and learning how to get rid of the green halo on my subjects. I have around 500 different styles of backgrounds. And with the tools it actually improves the quality of most of the photos I have making them a high quality than in original form.

These are photos of my best friend and her son. And below are my son and daughter before I figured out how to adjust the lighting to match the background to the fore ground.
